Terms of Service

Last updated: February 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Molten.Bot (the "Service"), operated by Streetlight Software ("we", "us", or "Molten.Bot"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Molten.Bot provides hosted containers/compute for running OpenClaw and related tooling. We may provide a dashboard, billing, and operational features (e.g., backups and SLAs) depending on your plan.

2. Right to Deny Service

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any person or account at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, to the extent permitted by law (including for security, abuse prevention, or compliance reasons).

3. OpenClaw Governance and Integrations

OpenClaw is an open-source project. When you run OpenClaw through Molten.Bot, you control the governance of your OpenClaw instance (for example: which agents you enable, what tools or integrations you configure, what credentials you provide, and how your instance is used). We provide hosting and operational tooling, but you decide how your instance is configured and operated.

OpenClaw is governed by its open-source license. You can review it here: https://github.com/openclaw/openclaw/blob/main/LICENSE .

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for (a) your use of the Service, and (b) the actions, outputs, and interactions of your hosted OpenClaw software — including how it communicates with or affects other people and third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and any third-party terms that apply to your integrations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or underlying infrastructure
  • Engage in abusive, harmful, or deceptive behavior (including phishing or fraud)
  • Use the Service in a way that violates third-party service terms via your integrations

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.

7. Fees, Billing, and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers; Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any uptime commitment applies only if you are on a plan that explicitly includes an SLA.

9. Termination; Suspension

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 2. Upon termination, you may lose access to your hosted environment, including stored data and backups (which may be deleted in accordance with retention windows and our operational needs). You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
